About SPS
What SPS does

New initiatives, new product and/or service deployment, value communications (i.e. PR), sales channel development and special event projects are examples of SPS support areas. On any given client task, SPS offers insight into the possibility of innovation and the assurance of quality execution. SPS offers an external, yet dedicated perspective. When management consulting insights are valuable, the quality result of the advice is not accidental and comes from experience and knowledge. The omitted pieces to general ‘advice’ can often be less than effective. For example, web designers are not management consultants.
Innovation management and knowledge entrepreneurship, supported by project management practices, are part of the value performance project process offered by SPS. The combination of knowledge entrepreneurship and innovation management equates to areas surrounding the client’s core competencies and value chain that can be further expanded with careful, yet vigorous investigation and project management. SPS works with companies and organizations providing smart solutions designed to mitigate global challenges.
The Client-SPS Value Statement
Capturing innovation > project management processes > communications > closure > and foundations for success replication are central aspects to the SPS business innovation model. Your organization’s Value Statement (PDF) is SPS’s bottom line.- Move strategic and tactical projects from idea/need to solution phases.
- Attack problems with innovation and strategic project management.
- SPS is able to work with internal client teams and their existing external collaborators as needed to complete specialized technical project activities. New third party collaborators are carefully vetted. SPS understands flexibility and communication are important aspects of collaborative innovation.
- SPS understands and respects that clients usually have their core competencies established and these are internal knowledge areas. SPS assists in better harnessing that value for new innovations with analysis, solution research and co-management of innovation and communications program execution.
SPS clients, their collaborative innovation network, and SPS referral partners are supported in moving to new levels of opportunity. Sharing in a mutually beneficial collaborative experience, while designing clear project strategies and plans, leads to value execution and value solutions. SPS always learns new things from our clients along the way while leaving clients with an expanded value statement.
SPS uses innovation management and project management—in addition to other entrepreneurial, strategic and operational essentials—to engage value solutions for clients. The value solution process starts with client interviews, strategy review and audits to establish situational awareness.
Please contact SPS to discuss your needs. SPS enjoys interviewing with new clients.
