My name is Grant Millin and I am CEO and owner of Sun Project Systems, LLC (SPS). I believe that value innovations and the communication of those values need to be thoughtfully and caringly designed, and that verifiable and reliable modern management practices like project management facilitates the deployment of such ideals in the most efficient, effective and reliable manner possible.

Management science in the past has produced the management consultant. My belief is that design, creativity and innovation practices and tools—linked to communications outputs—are the leading concepts for sustained business value today. Further, I believe that financials, while another very important set of metrics, are simply ‘what happened’ outputs. Therefore, I am available as a business design project manager. SPS is available to assist in unlocking unmet micro organizational and/or macro market value potential your organization is seeking to access.
